Services

Platform MetaboHUB Bordeaux is open to the entire community for the provision of services, equipment and expertise.
It offers services or collaborations for the acquisition and interpretation of metabolomic profiles or lipidomic, identification and / or analysis of metabolites (NMR and MS), and measurement of isotopic enrichments. Other activities of the Platform are training and technological developments.
In collaboration with phenome, the Platform MetaboHUB Bordeaux develops robotic extraction methods.
In collaboration with the Bordeaux Bioinformatics Platform, it has developed MeRy-B (http://bit.ly/meryb) a Database and Knowledge Metabolome dedicated to plants.
The Platform has developed NMRProcFlow Metabolome Bordeaux (www.nmrprocflow.org) a web application for the reprocessing of NMR spectra, and BioStatFlow (biostatflow.org/) web application for omics data statistical analyzes including metabolomic data.

Analytical capacity with the kind of mastered technical

Platform MetaboHUB Bordeaux performs more than 20,000 metabolomic or lipidomic analysis for more than 100 projects a year.
Technical: 1D NMR and multidimensional liquid, LC-NMR, LC / LC-MS, GC / GC-MS, HPTLC.

Skills and Human Resources

The Platform works MetaboHUB Bordeaux thanks to the presence of twenty permanent INRA, CNRS and the University of Bordeaux are working full or part time. Several CSD IA MetaboHUB and phenome projects contribute to technological developments.
The skills of the members are complementary and include biology, biochemistry, chemistry, bioinformatics, and biostatistics.

Quality approach

The platform is certified IBiSA MetaboHUB Bordeaux (since 2008) and Platform Strategic National INRA (2008 and 2013)
Its Quality Management System has been certified ISO 9001: 2008 by LRQA from 2013 to 2015 and is currently based on this standard
