Services types
The platform provides the technical and human resources for the realization of scientific projects Study of metabolism. Furthermore, it proposes the development of new tools to address new scientific issues, current issues in the field: development of multi-platform approaches to obtaining maximum analytical coverage of the metabolome, development of analytical strategies to facilitate identification of biomarkers and achieving automation of data processing tools (workflows and databases).
The platform has premises reserved for the temporary reception of external users, and offers regular training.

The platform hosts more than 30 projects per year, which represents about 7,000 samples analyzed.

The team includes 22 people dedicated platform holders (16.3 E.T.P.) for its operation and whose skills include biochemistry, analytical chemistry, statistics and bioinformatics
