Domain

By conventional NMR metabolomics for biomarker research.
Matrices: biological fluids (plasma, CSF, urine), cell extracts and tissue.
Pathology: cancers (melanoma, leukemia) Alzheimer's disease, Hypophosphatasia.

Services

From the samples provided by the customers (fluids, cell pellets, fabrics, ...), the possible benefits are:
- Any sample preparation,
- Recording NMR spectra,
- Assignment of NMR signals (depending on the nature of the sample),
- NMR data processing (normalization, scaling).
- Statistical analysis of the data (Univariate, Multivariate supervised or unsupervised)
The results will be communicated to customers in the form of meeting and / or report.

Analytical capacity with the kind of mastered technical

The group can analyze fifty samples per month.

Equipments

Bruker Avance 400 (BBI probe, TBO) with an autosampler NMRCase (24 positions).
Bruker Avance 500 (cryoprobe TCI) with a cooled autosampler SAMPLEJET.
